UNIFI PLATFORM LAUNCH CAMPAIGN
Unifi was a mock UX/UI platform concept designed for migrants newly arriving in Berlin. The project focused on creating an easy-to-navigate educational and resource hub with color-coded sections built around different stages of settlement and integration.
The first tier focused on immediate needs like temporary housing and temporary work. The second supported migrants transitioning toward longer-term integration and more permanent employment, while the third focused on resources for people in the process of staying permanently in Berlin.
Additional color-coded sections covered public transportation, live help, and community connection spaces for migrants and allies.
The visual system used softer, pastel-adjacent colors instead of standard saturated tones like pure red or blue, helping avoid unintended negative color associations across different cultures while keeping the platform approachable and easy to navigate. The interface also used softer sans serif typography throughout to create a more welcoming and accessible experience across a wide range of users.
This project centered on inclusive UX thinking, accessible organization, and culturally aware visual design.
